She has cared for multiple children of all ages, some with complex medical needs, and has extensive training in all aspects of child care and development including a level 6 in Holistic Sleep Coaching. Emily has written for magazines such as Mother and Baby, co-hosts a monthly radio show on parenting and has been a guest on a number of podcasts regarding children and sleep.

Her experience as a mother of two and a wife of a cargo pilot has provided her with insight into the complications of sleep disorders in individuals with irregular work schedules and sleep patterns. This was a major motivation for her to embark on the journey of becoming a sleep coach and specialist in chronic insomnia.
