"These pillows are very hard and way too high. They could be used as back support for sitting up in bed, but definitely not sleeping. The biggest issue is the smell, it is overpowering. Had them outside several times in the sun for hours each day, hoping to help the smell. It has decreased, but they still have a strong chemical odor. Sorry, I do appreciate that they were free, but basically not usable."
"I haven’t tried it because it was free with the mattress and if I decide to return the mattress I also have to return the pillows unopened or $240 will be deducted from my refund, therefore they are still in the unopened box they came in until I decide about the mattress."
